Pre-Construction

- An Assessment in included in each and every construction project. This begins in the pre-construction process, this includes a comprehensive assessment supported by building Information technology (BIM). 

 

Scheduling
SJC’s will ensure you with accurate dates and detail each construction facet from pre-construction to finalization and through closeout. Our warranty includes our commitment providing our services in accordance with the timeline of our work schedule. 

 

Estimating
Transparency is the backbone of our company. Our leadership runs thoughout our team and internal and external communication is guarantee. Our clients hear it first and they know what to expect when it comes to costs, trackability, and change orders on construction. We share progress with our clients on a daily basis

Safety 

SJC works in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations aimed at employers to protect the safety and health of employees and the public. We take on the responsibility to provide a hazard free workplace to comply with OSHA and site situational standards. Management on-site during work is guaranteed, and proper barriers and precautions will be detailed at each site. We are always  actively seeking new ways to increase our standards of excellence in safety.

Warranty & Maintenance 
We are all about our clients, and seeing them again. A large majority of our customers are return clients. We will provide inspections, look up warranties and provide emergency services. When it comes to the project close-out, all SJC responsible operations and maintenance document will be provided based off of production information. We are available to service the needs of clients at all times.
